Integrations

The Integrations module allows you to connect Cinqd with third-party tools your business already uses, so data stays synced, processes are automated, and teams work from one central platform. Integrations are grouped by category and can be enabled, configured, or disabled at any time. 

Accessing Integration

To access:
1. Go to Business Setup → Integration

1. All- Integrations

Shows all available integrations across Communication and Finance, whether they are enabled or not. 

2. Communication Integrations 

This tab lists tools used for team communication and meetings, such as: 

• Zoom 

• Google Meet 

• Microsoft Teams 

From here, you can: 

• Click Set Up to connect a tool 

• Select Learn more to view integration details and supported features 

Once connected, these tools can be used alongside tasks, meetings, and workflows inside Cinqd. 

3. Finance Integrations 

The Finance tab allows you to connect Cinqd with accounting platforms to keep your financial data in sync. Once enabled, these integrations reduce manual data entry and ensure customers, suppliers, invoices, and services remain up to date across systems. 

Currently supported finance integrations include Xero, QuickBooks, and FreeAgent. 

Connecting Xero to Cinqd 

When you click Set Up or Configure on Xero, Cinqd redirects you to Xero’s secure login screen. 

Secure Xero Login 

• You will be prompted to log in using your Xero credentials 

• Xero handles authentication directly, ensuring your login details are never stored in Cinqd 

• Once authenticated, you are redirected back to Cinqd automatically 

This step authorises Cinqd to securely access the selected Xero organisation. 

Billing & Invoicing with Xero 

When Xero is connected, billing activity in Cinqd stays fully aligned with your accounting system. 

• Invoices created in Xero are visible directly within the customer’s Billing tab 

• Customer billing records remain synced without manual updates 

• Financial data stays consistent across CRM and accounting 

This ensures your billing workflows remain accurate while accounting is handled seamlessly in Xero. 

From here, you can: 

• Enable or disable an integration using the toggle 

• Click Configure to manage integration settings 

Xero Integration – Detailed Configuration 

Once Xero is connected, you are taken to the Xero integration details page, where you can control how data syncs between Cinqd and Xero. 

Select Organisation 

You can choose the Xero organisation you want to integrate with using the dropdown. This is useful if your Xero account has multiple organisations. 

User Abilities 

This section defines what data is synced and managed between Cinqd and Xero. Each area can be configured independently using Manage. 

Customers 

From here, you can: 

• Create, update, and import customers in Xero directly from Cinqd 

• View all Xero invoices inside the customer record in Cinqd 

Click Manage to: 

• Match Cinqd customers with Xero contacts 

• Review unmatched and matched customers 

Click Refresh list to re-sync data from Xero and check for newly added customers. 

Unmatched Customers 

This tab shows Xero customers that are not yet linked to any customer in Cinqd. 

For each unmatched customer, you can: 

• Choose an existing Cinqd customer from the dropdown, or 

• Click Import from Xero to create a new customer in Cinqd 

• Review the Xero contact email before linking 

Once matched, click Save to confirm the mapping. 

Matched Customers 

This tab displays customers that are already linked between Xero and Cinqd. 

From here, you can: 

• Review linked customer details 

• Ensure emails and names are correctly matched 

• Select customers and use Actions to update or remove mappings if needed 

• Save mappings to keep records in sync 

Suppliers 

This allows you to: 

• Create, update, and import suppliers from Xero into Cinqd 

• View supplier bills inside supplier records in Cinqd 

Click Manage to configure supplier mappings and syncing. 

Services 

This controls how services and invoices sync: 

• Automatically create invoices in Xero using Cinqd services 

• Link Cinqd services to Xero items and accounts 

• Keep profit & loss clean by mapping correctly 

Taxes 

This allows tax data to sync correctly: 

• Match Cinqd tax rates with Xero tax codes 

• Ensure invoices use the correct tax configuration 

Disconnect Integration 

The Disconnect button (top right) allows you to completely disable the Xero integration.
A confirmation is required before disconnecting.

Enabling & Disabling Integrations

• Turning an integration on activates data syncing and related features 

• Turning it off prompts a confirmation modal before disconnecting 

• Disabled integrations stop syncing immediately but can be re-enabled later 

This gives you full control over which systems are connected at any time. 

Integration Details Page

Clicking Set Up, Configure, or Learn more opens the integration’s detailed view. 

Here you can: 

• Read a full description of how the integration works 

• Select the organisation/account you want to connect 

• Review the User Abilities enabled by the integration 

• Access configuration and management options 

Currently Active Integrations

Clicking Set Up, Configure, or Learn more opens the integration’s detailed view.

The Currently Active tab shows: 

• All integrations that are enabled 

• Their current status 

• Quick access to Configure or disable them 

This gives a real-time overview of what systems are connected to your workspace.
